I won't believe there will be property burst in Malaysia market. Our banking system for loan approval is the most stringent among the world wide. That is why we don't have sub-prime issue.
However, I will foresee "property price adjustment" from time to time. |

i am not as bullish as LionKing kor.....but i must say Pentas 1&2 are undervalue (<$250psf) with expected good quality homes and acceptable location
FYI I&P won Best Value Creation award in recent Edge Property Award |

The quality and workmanship was excellent. That why I choose them. Dont believe me?
