Yes I do want to see Liverpool win, preferbly every game. and yes in an ideal world we would like to give the due respect that Exeter deserves. But unfortunately (as pointed out by many) Suarez remains one of our MOST important player who would WIN games for us in all competitions. Unfortunately, the EPL has 36 games and including league cup games, etc there is about 40-50 games a season depending on how far Liverpool could go. Do you really expect Suarez (who had no rest during the break bcoz of copa america) to play all 50 games? (even as a sub) Don't you want to keep him as fresh as possible so that he can win IMPORTANT games instead.... Remember Liverpool don't have a huge squad of quality players like Man City.... He's our one of our few talisman to unlock stuborn defences with his lifewire display especially during the middle of the season...You don't want him injured in a game against Exeter (like Meireles) then miss all the more important games, do you? You don't want to overwork suarez and see him tired mid way through the season do you? Bottom line is we have no choice. We can't pull someone like Aguero or Dzeko from the bench....
well we do not live in an ideal world, and no we don't have the "so-called" quality of City, to be fair i think you give too little credit to the team that we currently have. Many times over the league has shown that even with billions, you will find it hard to win the titles - remember Real Madrid? Galacticos time.. even now? BEST in the world?! undone by their own riches and ego Added on August 25, 2011, 4:22 pm

you answwered your own question that we have no choice. We have no choice but to play Suarez if we want to win games, any games. Is he going to be fit by the end of the season, who can say. Will he hurt himself in training? Will he be looking to join a new club by January? who am i to say and who are you to say what's the outcome of the future.
we need our best players in games, we need to learn to back up injured players if it happens. I am happy that KD is a manager willing to play with his heart and professionalism even if taking risk. that is what makes him a great manager.
He will eventually rest Suarez or any of our equally important players when he sees fit. He may be trying to find an equilibrium as to his squad at the moment. unless you have any other experience being a manager like he has besides PC/Console games, then have faith. If fate would have that any of our players gets injured, it would be as simple as a training accident. Even if a player is 100% fit, he may not 100% win the game for you.
