Thanks for the recommendation biggrin.gif
Seems like N43SL is the buck-saving one. How does it compare with A43Sv? What are the differences?
And if 15" is taken into consideration, is N55Sf-S2043v worth it? (Is there quite a difference between 14" and 15", sorry if it is quite noobish, never compare them side by side before tongue.gif )

Yeah, the N43Sl (normal version), despite not having USB3.0, is still the best all rounder at this time nod.gif
The N series should have better build, design and speakers than the A43Sv~
Ivan is right, do check out the size for 14" and 15" laptops yourself to get a rough picture on how its like... personally I prefer 14" for portability~

Type diskmgmt.msc on start menu, open it, there you can see one partition usually no name or named recovery.
Can consider also Dell Inspiron 13z or Vostro V131..

LOL, thanks guys, maybe I should see it myself to feel the difference. And one question before I go to the computer shop later and make my decision, between the N43SL and N55Sf, have any major complain occur before (such as the N45Sf GPU problem)?

Although this is going a little off topic, I would have to disagree
Without the 3D glasses you can't polarize the electromagnetic wave (in this case, light) to have the cross-eye effect, creating a 3D effect with the optical illusion caused by your brain
I don't know the magic behind glassless 3D, but Nintendo 3DS did give you a lot of warnings about this issue

So far, N55sf is the one having the most problem. N43SL is perfectly fine

Hey guys, got a friend gonna be in the market soon for a laptop. Usage very normal, little/no gaming at all. Main usage is typing documents, bring to lectures, watching movies and dramas and whatever else girls normally do... k drama? facebook?

Anyways, budget is around the RM3.5k mark requirements are (in order of importance)
- 13.3" maybe up to 14"
- built quality
- slim profile but still has dvd drive built in (if not possible then nvm)
- very little keyboard flex
- good screen

mac air too ex, and not big enough hard drive also no dvd drive...
