Under RM 3.5K depends the spec.
Asus has 2 years international. Dell has one year default, but onsite warranty.

but i expect it could last at least 6 hours..... it is afterall a U series..

The U46Sv should be able to do a lot more than that hehe, especially with the Nvidia GPU driver updated
As for the Vaio units, the prices and specs were obtained from the latest Sony product catalog, which appears to be slightly different than online specifications, so I can't really say which one is correct
But of course if possible, go for the cheaper one

As long as you started your customization with the variant starting at price RM2359 at Dell's website, it'll have backlit keyboard
Just look out for "Dell Keyboard with Touchpad with Backlit(English)for WW" in the spec sheet

tried call dell sales person and they say the price is fix, everthing will be same as online...

then call again and see whether u get another sale rep.. some won't ever giv discounts.. some giv generously...

those that said it's fixed.... mostly just lazy get up frm chair and ask superiors... lolx...
