A word of advise, please don't let amara later to turn into this, choose your tenant wisely when it's completed. If cincai rent out, this is what happens. Don't expect management to do anything cause most of the time they won't, until JMB is formed.

The shoplots were priced from 275K and I don't think it was open to public, mostly VIP and agents sapu off already. Let's say they are asking for >300k. For that price, I wouldn't even care if there are grills or not. I don't believe one can buy a shoplot for that price anymore, not even 3 years back before they start selling the service residence.

Last I remembered block A and D were asking for a premium price compared to B and C due to KLCC view. How much did you bought it again, may I ask?
