Amara project will be slow. Thier shoplot in OKR still not kawtim yet. This is the chillax kind of developer. So u guys also need to chillax and take it slow lol

If you are not entitled for iPAD, Jaya Megah will sent a letter to your address to inform you that u are not entitled. If you didn't received it, that means you are entitled for the ipad.
My mate can't get the ipad as the bank loan has been dragging too long and over the 30 days mentioned and even we extended extra 14 days still cannot make it. So my side 1 ipad wasted. oh well.\
JM sent the letter to the address informing that the ipad is not entitled due to the requirement of 30 days + 14 days not met.
no disbursement yet so the next 10% could be after feb. Once they ask for disbursement and the bank release the 10%, u can ask for the ipad already. cheers.

For those who are interested in the status of your iPad, developer will issue out letters to collect the iPad around end of March or April.
Even for those who are paying paying the progressive amount (10%), still have to wait. Those who are on loan, will have to wait until bank disburse the amount to developer first.

A word of advise, please don't let amara later to turn into this, choose your tenant wisely when it's completed. If cincai rent out, this is what happens. Don't expect management to do anything cause most of the time they won't, until JMB is formed. Judging by the usual ppl who always complains, I'm sure this will be one of the things to complain about. and THIS will be the major one to complain about.
