hmm.. prefer if they can give an option to just reimburse in cash, the value of the ipad2 since i already have one

1) i believe there's another 2 more years for the construction to complete, will the developer pay us interest if the completion is delayed?
2) any idea by how many percent will the property price appreciate once its completed
3) how much can we rent it out?

regarding the ipad, i chose the new ipad, and i'm still waiting for them to revert.

called them regading the new ipad, 3 days ago, they said need to wait 3-4 weeks, then he asked for my unit number.

I asked him why the progress so slow, he said the project will complete in time June 2014, not to worry...

Yeah, just collected my ipad yesterday too. I asked the Kim Reality person who was handing over the iPad regarding the slow progress and he mentioned that the project is on schedule and the ground work takes time to complete. I passed by the construction site and could see many workers and machines working full swing, felt happier after seeing that. I still feel the progress is kinda slow, but anyway let's wait till the end of this year and see what happens. I have high hopes for this project and see good potential in it.

Don't think so... Went I went there I saw them having a list of names of the people who were supposed to collect their iPads on that day and they ticked the name in the list when the person came to collect it. Probably u can call them up, I saw the number somewhere in this forum. Maybe they are giving the iPads batch by batch, in small batches. After calling I waited like 3+ weeks before the SMS arrived.

phew.. good to see some structure emerging up from ground level. hope the pace gets quicker from now on, which technically it should.

can't wait to see the building shoot up higher, waiting for the moment. all of us are counting the days, another 1.5 years more to go.

received letter today from jaya megah stating that their office has moved to jalan kelang lama. any future correspondence should be addressed to the new address.

well, they also have another project called Selaseh 36, received their invitation via sms for Sales Preview on 29th & 30th June. I also went to the develper's new office in Old Klang Road, 2 weeks ago, looks and smells new..
hope everything goes smoothly..another year to go.

You took up loan from ambank?.. went through nightmare with all sorts of problem dealing with them before and finally rejected their loan offer. bad personal experience.

has been a long time since the incident.bank said loan already approved, so i signed the LO with the lady agent,she came to my office. To get the free ipad, u have to sign the LA within a stipulated time frame but no news of the LA after long time.i called the agent so many times buy she refused to pick up my call.i called the bank,then they pass the call here n there until i spoke to the agent's manager.the manager also beat around the bush. they say quota already full for this project and need to get approval from one big 'datuk'.they said should be approved next week. the following week, i called, then they said another 1 more week, then another 1 more week,1more week .........and it dragged longer. i already signed the LO, SPA already, and now they said quote full and must wait.finally i just rejected their loan. this is a very long story cut short. today, i forgot the incident already but it was nightmarish dealing with ambank.

any idea if Block C units facing the back has balcony? can't remember, from my knowledge, there's no balcony.
