Give and take lo, how much you can get for amara with 2cp? The amount you save can be used to rent extra cp or even buy another car. No?

Have experienced in renting a few places with parkng issue. Rental in open for draw every 6 months. U lucky u'll get. I'm ok with buying another parking lot. But don't think they have any extra for sale.

What about defects like this? Is the developer going to fix it?

I am planning to buy one unit for own stay and I doubt for awhile after looking at the defects especially this one. Is that an issue or am I worrying too much? Sorry for my paranoid as this is my first property and I plan to stay there for long.

it's obvious that you are no building expert.
while i agree that it is indeed extremely poor workmanship and causes a concern on safety, nevertheless, it is actually quite easy to 'conceal' it.
just some scaffolding and plastering with wire mesh ought to do the trick to give it back a straight vertical line. it's the column integrity and ability to transfer the loads effectively and safely from the top to the foundation which is more alarming.
cheers!

I don't know anything about construction la. But my logic tells me the put in more bricks around it or make a few more vertical beams to support incase it collapse. But it might look ugly but that's ok. As long as it's safe

this one should win more awards than fennel.

on second thought, can vote this developer to be the most paria for year 2015. ethics close to none. at least MCT also not so bad offer discounted price on the spot rather than offer stupid 50% and 70% LAD.

Any owner moved in yet?
Does the YTL cement packing plant is a concern to you? I mean safety wise.
