walau, the jaya megah fella damn lousy
I just received sms regarding 5% progressive payment is going to due, but I never receive any letter.... so I call up the developer and check about it. That guy who answer ask me to bank in then I ask can I make the payment in their office ? he said you just do online bank in or cheque bank in to their account... I was like, hmm dunno whether can trust or not...
He just simply throw 1 cimb bank account number, I said I never receive any letter regarding this progressive payment he said you need to check with your lawyer, wtf normally progressive payment letter is issue by developer... why have to check with lawyer ? Anyone can share experience ?

I rcvd the SMS too:
"Amara purchaser, pls b informed that the 2nd progressive billing will be due very soon, kindly settle the differential sum RM10,800 soonest to prevent any delay in your bank loan release/to avoid any late payment interest. TQ Kim Realty"
I called the number n ask for black n white becos nowadays banyak kaki tipu but he said too late to send letter to purchaser n ask me to go direct to Jaya Megah office next to Eastin Hotel PJ next Wednesday =(

My loan is 85% i spoke to d sa head. D lady explained very well to me. she did mention d difference of 80% n 85%, may be u shud call her too?!! Her number 0163331199.

property purchase price = 100%
downpayment = 10% (inclusive of whatever rebate or discount given by developer)

balance =90% due to developer base on progressive billing
let's say you take 85% loan.

foundation billing = 10% therefore you need to pay 5% first, then only bank will release balance 5%

bank will not release any money if purchaser have yet to settle the balance between purchase price and balance due.

bankers, please correct my statement if it's wrong.

just received letter from jaya megah today regarding the election of ipad 2 or new ipad.
but they didnt mention exactly when they will giv it to us if we choose ipad 2.

anyhoooo im happy to know tht im entitled to receive the ipad.
might as well choose for the new ipad instead. since have been waiting for so long already..

maybe when u go collect your ipad2 this Monday can ask them when exactly is the "expected" date for those who choose new ipad... if they said after 2013, i tink i opt for ipad 2 la. im willing to wait until 2013.

may ask what is the spec of the ipad2?
