Dear owners, I was interested in getting a unit in Amara but not until I saw the building's defect pics shared in fb. May I know what are the owners going to do to this? Unit defects can be repaired as u still have ur warranty from developer right? What about the building's defect? Is the develop going to do smth about it? Thanks

What about defects like this? Is the developer going to fix it?



I am planning to buy one unit for own stay and I doubt for awhile after looking at the defects especially this one. Is that an issue or am I worrying too much? Sorry for my paranoid as this is my first property and I plan to stay there for long.

I need 2 car parks.

Have experienced in renting a few places with parkng issue. Rental in open for draw every 6 months. U lucky u'll get. I'm ok with buying another parking lot. But don't think they have any extra for sale.

I don't know anything about construction la. But my logic tells me the put in more bricks around it or make a few more vertical beams to support incase it collapse. But it might look ugly but that's ok. As long as it's safe

Didn't u join amara's closed group in FB? Did u bring out all concern issues to jmb? I'm sure there's smith that home owners can do.. Unless no co-operation from all owners lah..
