The lad calculation is snp price *0.1 a year? Means if buy rm288000, a month lad penalty only rm2400 only....

i guess this condo price will appreciate soon - government is rectifying the environment surrounding batu caves - Today's sinchew newspaper published.
hopefully owners can choose tenants carefully so that the condo will be taken good care. |
