Yaww fellas, is Intel GMA 4500MHD working in Lion? Last time Ive tried with SL, but no luck. Is there any progress upon this hardware?

@izziguy, need more information. What OS you're trying to install, what method did you use, what stage did you get the blank screen, what motherboard do you have.

Finally got every single thing works perfectly! Except for my PS2 keyboard with the kext is buggy sometimes, gonna fix it soon. Computer specs as in my signature. Used Kakewalk 4.0.1

I'm trying to install snow leopard..and my mobo is H55M..its same in my signature..together with gtx 260..how then?

Im trying to get my HP 2230s working with Hacintosh. All hardware supported OTB, the only problem is acceleration. Darn this bugger 4500HD thingy.. Sigh

sorry..forgot to mention..

im using iboot and snow leopard from an usb..
i stuck at booting into the preparing to installation part..the customization and those stuff.
the screen become blank..later i will try to snap some pics to show it..
wiraone..should i change the gc?or just proceed with this one..?

izzi, I've no idea if anyone has successfully installed SL using iboot + USB. I believe it requires the CD + SL DVD combination. But if you still want to use the USB method, I've successfully used myhack method for my DVD-less setup. The graphics card should work just fine on SL, you may need to add the PCIRootUID=1 during the bootup (or if you're using myhack, I believe you could add this in the comp.apple.Boot.plist in the USB drive).

Whoppys, myhack requires you to have access to OSX first.

because u using asus mobo (some model ) ..so myhack is needed ...chameleon , iboot and etc wont work

just got my hackintosh working almost to perfection . used iboot + USB SL then upgraded to Lion using xBoot.

do i need to type the PCIRootUID=1 in verbose mode before boot in?
basically to start the boot in before this i have to type busratio=20

Yes, during bootup time. If you need to use the busratio, just append the pcirootuid separated by space.

later on, do i still need to type the command again?

You might or might not .. if you've installed a DSDT file, I believe you don't really need it..

DSDT very important to eliminate the hardware limit when you running OSX on generic PC. It could also fix the problem where no driver support for certain hardware~

wiraone..i have succeeded installing Snow Leopard using usb method..
at this moment im having problem with bootloader..i tried to install from multibeast..but it doesnt works.
when it tries to load at apple logo it restarts..but when i try to use iboot, it can load like usual..hehe

now im looking for chameleon v2.0 rc5 r748 like the same one in iboot loader.
