Basically muddy is like noise/grain smudge destroying the details; If it's spot on, even high ISO, you still get nice clean detail, but when it's not, it's lie out of focus and the many details are lost.

Btw, regarding printing photos, does anybody print photos here? If yes, do you convert to CMYK or what did you do so that the print output colour is similar?

I notice the printed colour, is more dull, just like mentioned with sample, in this article. The bright red, turns dark red in prints.

i think made in malaysia charger will not fully charge your batteries whereas made in japan charger will fully charge your batteries

guys, someone sold a MB-D80 for 3xx in garagesales, but the catch is that the warranty is from Nikon china.
please advise me on this since i have limited knowledge about overseas set esp for the warranty claim later.

It sounds like one of those fake MB-D10 to be honest. MB-D10 without the magnesium body LOL.

If not mistaken grips are made in Thailand instead, need to check when I get back home.

MB-D11 made in China.

Oh well, not sure if there is a fake MB-D80 going around or not, but there's one for the MB-D10. Made of plastic (does not have magnesium alloy) and has 1 more extra screw from appearance.

That MB-D10 photo is a fake. The original only has 2 screws instead of 3 like in the photo.
