Im using 790FX  cry.gif, now pusing NB to 2800.
Btw, my HT Link max at 13x?  hmm.gif
What is NB Voltage and CPU NB Vid?
I set NB Voltage to 1.2, CPU NB Vid to 1.3
*
HT and NB is linked..

NB is at the chipset i thk hmm.gif

but im sure CPU NB is in CPU.. both are different..
CPU NB controls base clock n CPU NB clock if not mistaken hmm.gif

nice....push push....3000 is hard but not impossible...if you can handle the temp brows.gif

back when i was on 790FX-GD70 I tried to stabilize 3000mhz but never got to do so....but 2800 can stable...only voltage a bit high....

HT no need to raise more than 2100mhz so i just leave it there....

CPU-NB is the memory controller...so by raising the speed up, you will see improvements over default 2000mhz

Added on August 4, 2011, 11:56 pmImc is the cpu-nb voltage. You are safe up to 1.55v.

However I would like mine to be around 1.3-1.35v.
*
Where to increase cpu-nb voltage? Is it cpu-nb offset?

Sifu-sifu... I got a question here... OCing my 1100T with 880G chipset not a big matter right? why i just increase my multiplier x4 then my clock speed up 800mhz more, then when i play game it will lag than b4 oc?
& i heard someone said that amd oc is just for benchmarking... in real performance, after oc it will be lagger than non-oc... == help....

It will lag? What HSF are u using? Whats the temp? Maybe its lagging becoz of overheating?

based on this pic, u should be able to see lor..

in bios should look different be is the same thing...

Your proc
Bus speed or HTT: base (not OCed) is 200mhz
Multiplier or CPU Multi: x16.5
Core speed: HTT x Multi = 200 x 16.5 = 3300 MHz

if you set your CPU multi to x4 then become 800 MHz = slower/didnt OC...
