Im using class 4 SD card 16 GB. Noproblem. Playing 720p movies in WMV, AVI, Mp4 ,MOV, MKV. 1080p cant work so well unless u converted into mp4 format etc I guess. I use Vplayer to handle all my video media. Bought it from the market. also use volume+ to increased my speaker volume. Now my son and me can enjoy spongebob ha ha ha ha. I have both my micro SD and Sd card both 16GB with movies. Both classs 4.

I have a BlackBerry that supports Bluetooth DUN but not wi-fi tethering. Can the transformer pair with a mobile phone with Bluetooth DUN capability and use the mobile phone's data connection?

According to Android Bug Tracker... Google claim Android support DUN already but some user report it's not working... http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=1416 http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/de...717&q=dun%2Fpan

You could try with PdaNet... They claim you can tether from bluetooth DUN... http://junefabrics.com/android/

I borrowed a friend's unit to pair with my Blackberry 9800. Couldn't see any DUN profile. In fact, no bluetooth profile available at all to use after pairing.

Installed pdanet, still couldn't see any DUN from the Transformer. sad.gif

do you have some apps such as friend me or tweetdeck that checks for notification every x minutes? try increasing the frequency to 1 hour instead, these apps eat up battery because they constantly check the server. for apps that are not properly developed it may eat up more battery when wifi is not connected, depends on how the developer developed the app. this i cannot tell you which app eats up how much battery, you have to check and find out yourself (cos i dont know myself). personally i try to avoid such apps or disable the notification entirely if possible (when i go to sleep).

Pretty much any android 2.2 phone if not mistaken that has tethering function should be able to work.

Check whether your TF keeps rebooting ( this eats up battery). I read some forums saying the rebooting happens especially when the unit is docked and in an "open" position.
I experienced random reboots when I charge my TF or when I left my unit idle for some time.

See the link above. Note IF U BOOST TO MAX, BE CAUTIOUS ON YOUR OVERALL VOLUME. CLIPPING THE SPEAKER CAN DAMAGE IT.SO BOOST MODERATELY.
