Soros007, not yet. The SA informed that the next launch will be Eclipse blocks sometime next month.

They launched the video for Eclipse about a month back, so yeah, am actually expecting them to release it soon, well, at least by year end.

I heard Eclipse will be somewhere in November ...

Did any sifu get wind of how much the new block (Eclipse) will be selling ?
The SA did mention the new blocks will be more expensive..or maybe is one of his sales trick to get people (me included) to buy into the existing Solstice units...

IMHO, going beyond RM600++psf for the new blocks will be quite an uphill task for the SA to push sales, considering the nearby new launches are below RM 500++psf e.g. Cristal & Lakefront. Well..maybe I shouldn't try to compare these different animals..

Cannot compare. Small SOHO psf price always higher, but selling price lower because of the size.

Guys, Pangaea solstice 450sqft selling RM350k. Dont you think is over price? Is equivalent to RM777psf. Although is fully furnish.

Need advise please as I might getting a unit there. Just that I worry could not fetch that high rental in 3 years time.

Bank has started charging me the interest and I am paying it at the moment. Claim back from developer on a monthly basis?

As i understand, the developer will pay the bank directly on the loan interest. Any statement from bank regarding the loan interest charges is for purchaser's awareness only (as a cc copy). Best to check with your banker.

hi, myself is the agent for this and also bought a unit here, the interest developer will pay for you directly, maybe you can double check with your banker or SA

2nd 10% will pay for solstice ?

If DIBS, ignore the bank statement.

If ISS, pay first claim later.

Based on general knowledge or specifically for this project?
Because from what I know, there are 2 ways to go about it.

Some pay first then claim back later from developer, some will be borne directly by developer.

In general. Not sure about this project.

Yea, is good. I like the duplex alot but cant afford. Because i am a newbie, I only realised that what you see in the showroom doesnt really depict the actual house you will get upon completion. By that I mean those classy interior you see in the showroom

My SA told me that unless the bank you take loan is not OSK Bank Panel, then you will not enjoy DIBS. You have to pay first then claim from developer provided they allow you to claim. That is my understanding
