i personally think that, the road in front and behind pangaea will get mature while VP. because setia eco glades going to build 1 flyover linking putrajaya highway to cyberjaya, and most of the development is located in this area.

what you guys think?

Wait until the next phase launches, then it will be red hot again...or when property nearing completion, that's when there will be a lot of activity, especially transactions.... :-)

The other portions that have yet to be launched are the hotel, street mall and also shopping mall, which I assume most people will not be able to afford? Except for the hotel, which I believe will be a leaseback concept.

I got a unit there. My concern, lands looks very small for such a big project, when i sawthe project stating 6acre, i never thought to be tat small. Any Idea?

To be honest, Cyberjaya is a really nice place to live in. Lush greeneries, systematic and well planned township, wide roads and good supporting facilities.

The only problem:
a) far from city centre
b) it's not cheap at all
c) it's not heavily populated

Of course, I'm referring to the landed properties, that would be ideal.

This is an iconic development, hope OSK build it fast.

Actually cyberjaya is not far from klcc, with MEX highway, reach in 20mins. I tried before.

Hope osk will manage the shopping mall. Dun sell it to public.

Correct, It is definitely going to bloom, they have

1. Accessibility ; going KLCC from MEX, going LDP to sunway, near to Airport.
2. All GDC - global delivery center
3. Coming up shopping mall - meaning working individuals does not required to go IOI, Alamanda for movie and shopping.
4. Bigger roads and better facilities with no old houses.


Something to concern is definitely the things like

1. Willingness to open up pubs and selling of pork. (important for lifestyle required at night)
2. Time( required long holding power as current may oversupply)


My concern, still same, the totally development land looks really small, i wonder how to cater so many developments, especially the mall.

Any landed in cyberjaya? Dont tell me bout the million - million landed near to the entrance to cyberjaya!!!
