What is the game plan for SOFO, is it for self use?

how do you see SOFO market in Cyberjaya upon completion in 3 to 4 years time?

As I see alot MNC and opportunities there, so my mind is ... now my hubby oso is working there.. For the next 3 years, there is 2 options, i will rent out or else for own stay
(personally love the design and idea brought by OSK Pan'gaea)

- very relaxing environment and there really convenient if there is a train link thoughout the Cyber Town. ( I dont remember what is the train called )

pretty grey area whether Sofo can b used as residential or not,, i think the Snp you signed is not HDA complianced, n solely for commercial use onli?

Cool, i was thinking the same thing, cant rent out just take it as own stay. Since i am a IT guy, should able to get a job at there.

2 universities will open in Cyberjaya this year quoting The Edge.

- University of Malaysia Computer Science and Engineering
- Islamic University Malaysia

A foreign university called Herriott-Watt University Malaysia (from Scotland) is under construction in Putrajaya.


Besides that I think Cyberjaya will have:

- A premium outlet
- Malaysia Design Technology Centre
- Autoville automotive support centre


And a new landmark for Cyberjaya???

I still think it will take around 7-10 years for it to be fully developed, including the hotel, shopping mall and office tower.
