what do you think of hyve? i'm still considering hyve, i don't expect to have positive cash flow, can cover half of installment would do me just fine. i plan to list in airbnb so i can stay over whenever there is no tenant or whenever i like or if i am working in cyberjaya in the future.

Shared between a few friends in a whatsapp group. The official FB page is dead, developer not doing anything much.

Garden Plaza should do fine as they will have the LKW students to fill it up but it will probably need some time. Same thing with Pangaea as there are plenty of MMU students as well. Different story with Paragon as it is SOFO and we'll see how it goes as it has just VP. If OSKP didn't scrap the mall for Pangaea then I think it should do well in future. Those investors just need to make sure they have strong holding power. If not then...

Yup, it's better than having a rundown mall. If they proceed with another mall, better have a good concept to attract tenants. Too many malls in the area and will be worrying. Look at Centrus mall and gem in mall. If they can survive, we still have another bigger skypark coming.

Technically speaking, it is actually still there (at least that's what they have said), just that now it's fugly and not the sexy bombshell that was once presented to it.
