Garden Plaza should do fine as they will have the LKW students to fill it up but it will probably need some time. Same thing with Pangaea as there are plenty of MMU students as well. Different story with Paragon as it is SOFO and we'll see how it goes as it has just VP. If OSKP didn't scrap the mall for Pangaea then I think it should do well in future.
