Brochure always have the clause for illustration only. Did they build a show unit for this, that will be a better comparison?

Yup, it's better than having a rundown mall. If they proceed with another mall, better have a good concept to attract tenants. Too many malls in the area and will be worrying. Look at Centrus mall and gem in mall. If they can survive, we still have another bigger skypark coming.

Gem in is just beside Pangaea, in front of Mutiara ville. While Centrus should open anytime soon, it's at CBD3, just walking distance to dpulze.

i think many OSK buyers also quite disappointed. i hv a friend that purchased Mbtl also say stay away from OSK property.

I see, still under master title.

Anyway, once title is out, should not be a problem to transfer to non bumi. Even though it's limited freehold, I have not heard any case where bumi can't transfer to non bumi yet.

Any real case? Limited freehold applies to every owner... As long as u transfer u need to get consent. Cyberjaya is like that. Its not a restriction to transfer from bumi to non bumi.

Like I said, I haven't heard of any case here where there's issue to transfer.

Definitely hurts. Sometimes due to greediness, but possible just pure unfortunate event like lost of income. Well just don't be too greedy, buy for own stay or investment there's always risk on difficulties to liquidate it when market is down. And in this case, forcely liquidated at much lower than market value. Too bad for previous owner, but good catch for new owner.
