I am the refer because the other unit that was bought is my family member. Both S&P was sign together and loan approve for guess more than 6 months already. I called the showunit number and they divert me to OSK sale and marketing team, but everyone state after loan disbursed.. but i already receive loan payment slips. After that he told me a month should be disbursed and now its already a month. Calling in and customer service state that everyone is busy and asked for a call back. No ppl ever call back.. Sad la.. Don't they have proper tracking procedure. Any other ppl having same issue as me?

Worrying attitude from reputable developer....with the price of their pigeonhole selling at such premium price n can just brush aside this issue....ill just wonder any bigger issue by owner in the future are thay gonna put up the same attitude?

Just to clarify, the referral fee will be disbursed within 3 months from the date of your referral's 1st loan drawdown/payment.

Actually I saw there is a great harassment for OSK in Lowyat Forum. They invest so much money to advertise their development here, but once you proceed into the thread about this development, all are about the COMPLAINTS for the developer. The negative latent energy is totally override the positive side.
It is recommended that OSK should deploy some staffs to cater the enquiries raised up here.

At RM400k (nett price), the price per square feet is RM888.....crazy pricing indeed. Can't wait for the project to be completed.

The other OSK project in Cyberjaya, they update the Construction Progress with pics for June 2014. But for Pangaea, no update......@&*#(!#@!
