Was there last weekend. Really don't know where the chinese restaurants area.

At the OSK show gallery, pretty decent crowd spotted. The duplex is not bad.

Depends on whether you think Cyberjaya will have an expansion boom and thus, the property appreciate down the road. I'm saying yes to it.

There is chinese restaurant there. I found it at Glomac shoplot (sorry i forgot the name) in Cyberjaya nearby HSBC

The chinese restaurant is just nearby burger king..restaurant is just at upstair..but mostly crowded during lunch hour..

Latest discount for eclipse is rebate RM2000 plus 5% rebate.
For duplex unit, 7% rebate + rm12,888 + rm2000 rebate.

last time better, maybank 2k rebate on the spot upon booking (if you pay with mbb visa/master card).

then balance of 10% -5% rebate of snp ... then add another 5k discount if u apply loan from MBB.

Now no more this offer i think.

I just bought one unit here in Eclipse Residenc with 2 rooms biggrin.gif Like the concept of mixed development and the facility. There is also an established market in cyberjaya area. Compared to Tropicana Metropark, this one is better. Good for investment or own stay and got fully furnished some more.

The 2 rooms soho is nice + fully furnished, but i just think that price is too high for me (RM700++ per sft)..not afford.. shocking.gif

That unit with 600++sqf look spacious, feel more than that..maybe of it design..

yeah, looks a bit high for this year but will keep this for long term, better than put the money in bank.
Btw, it's a residential, not soho. FF for me is good since i'm a bit tired of self furnishing a house, takes lot of cost and time. If you want cheaper condo like 200-300k+, i think you can still get subsales at cheras, shah alam, kajang area.
