Good to hear that you have been staying in Cyberjaya for quite some time and want to make it your home. That being said, where are you currently staying? Renting or have your own place? Cyberia? Based on my limited knowledge, that seems to be the only residential place that is more than 7 years old.

Did you approach anyone to share the referral fee when you purchased your unit? Most people only think about it once they have purchased and thus, hunt for others who want to purchase. LOL

Food was really limited 3 years ago before shaftbury and glomac start operate, but nowaday its getting better. And for pricing wise, same as in KL,JB lo. Got cheap food got expensive food.

Cheap food:
Chinese economy rice (found 3-4 stalls in cyber now), average rm 4-7 per meal. Depend how much you take.
Malay restaurant, goreng goreng thing about rm5
Indian restaurant, roti canai/nasi lemak lo.. sweat.gif

Average - Expensive food:
street mall, old town, kfc, subway, burger king, japan food, paparich, chinese goreng food.. all these cost you about rm 10-rm20 per meal. But sometime they are having lunch set or dinner set promo which is cheaper.

So just based on your own preference la, go anywhere also around this price range 1, see what you wish to eat only. Impossible stay in kampung but everyday eat kfc, then complaint food in kampung is expensive ma. tongue.gif

Other factors that i like here are:
- Road in cyberjaya is big
- Less crowded compare to other area = less criminal case
- As long as u dont mind pay tol, you can reach anywhere within 20-45min via highway. Elite highway just beside pangeae, MEX in putrajaya, LDP, SKVE.
- Safety level in cyberjaya quite ok 1 as mostly every building have its own security guard post. And police station is just nearby and can be reach within 5-10 min.
- the air "was" really fresh before all these development start.
- Delivery of food is widely available. Good when sick/lazy go out
- No electric and water disruption since i first move here. And TNB are not allow to let that happen else they will get a long bill of penalty. From what i know, cyberjaya is not allow to have electric disruption for more than 3 sec. whistling.gif

Yeah~ but so far for the past 7 years, I didn't face any scheduled outage for both electric and water in Cyberjaya before. tongue.gif

Near to government bodies also 1 of the factor. No need long queue like other city.

Cyber Heights Villa all big units n with 3 rooms would be shared by few students, n per unit rental is above RM2xxx

Used to be called Iranian town but seems like now lesser Iranian students...

so when ppl hear 3 room for 2000++.. sure wont consider already, no matter how big is it~ blush.gif

oo, tat was the oldest chinese halal economy rice in cyberjaya.

There is 1 in cbd perdana@persiaran flora, same road as the tune hotel/d'pulze development. Non halal.

Another 1 is on cyberia shoplot, 2nd floor. Its halal, but the taste and choice is far more better than the bus terminal that 1.

If you can accept higher price, there is 1 at glomac cyberjaya. Around rm 7 - 10

This 1 is above burger king, about Rm 10-15 if not wrong.

Yup~ Gov called cyberjaya the intelligent city (Multimedia Super Corridor). And they are promoting this area only to MNC for the past 10 years, that's why gov need to provide certain level of infrastructure to achieve that campaign.

Cyberjaya has either 2 or 3 tier power lines/supply from TNB - in case one fail, the other will kick in and so on so for.
That's why the minimal downtime of max 3 seconds.
