just saw the booth in the curve, the design looks great..i am looking at 450sqf that time, price is around 303k++, nice view, got 5% discount on deposit + RM8888 discount, really tempting...but I only can lend for 70%, need to really consider...

for my opinion, i think this development will be a great investment, because it is OSK property! lol not bullet sad.gif

The 2 rooms soho is nice + fully furnished, but i just think that price is too high for me (RM700++ per sft)..not afford.. shocking.gif

That unit with 600++sqf look spacious, feel more than that..maybe of it design..

Mutiaraville will be another mass market student village. Mutiara Villa (or ville?) is the worst condo that i have seen around in cyber, old design of floorplan and price also damn high..
