Ross, pls check with Koon on the landscape between adjacent house, the expected landscaping should be same as the one shown at show unit. If not, I will make noise after VP.

which part is cramped?

To me, landscaping is the area surrounding each unit. There are not ready during my last visit 3 weeks ago.

Not buying any residential in cyber anymore.
Just feel excited to see beautiful project successfully executed in cyber which set the 1st bench mark to others.
Currently waiting for sejati residence show unit also.

BLR going to increase soon. Flexi account will not be offered any more. No more DIBS project. Coz banks do not want to support.

for high rise, only prefer those high end developments. when crisis hit, most of the players in this category will still be safe. rich gets richer.

Most of the middle class players are already hitting the 80% margin. very risky to play property of this category.

Looking for RM 500k+ to RM 600k+, easy rent easy sell, many people in this group "waiting" & "waiting"...

i know what you meant... but those who fall in this category are already highly leveraged. You can check with your banker on the margin for those who can afford RM700k and below, see what is their available margin now.... car loan already eaten up big portion of the margin...

for rental, maybe better chance...

now ppl playing <RM200k, subsales low cost houses...
