Ross, if Duta Tropika is leasing at Rm 15K FF, SH maybe can be leased at Rm 10K FF? possible?

In 2-3 years time - quite probable. As it is now... i'd say RM7-8k/mo
At least that's what I'd pay if I rent there (i.e. IMHO)

This is true for Schumann Type I only... while most of Schumann units are Type II ( 3storey as single unit)
