Not owner, just took them when inspecting vacant unit.

Workmanship is pretty good. But I have vested interest to promote SH, better drop by and see for yourself. (Again promoting SH)

Are you from the developer side or contractor or agent?

I have a Beethoven unit, thanks for assuring the workmanship is good coz the workmanship of the show unit is lousy.

When is VP?

i know what you meant... but those who fall in this category are already highly leveraged. You can check with your banker on the margin for those who can afford RM700k and below, see what is their available margin now.... car loan already eaten up big portion of the margin...

for rental, maybe better chance...

now ppl playing <RM200k,  subsales low cost houses...

If better rental chance, means better subsale chance, quite many think like us:

The credibility from any of the three remains the same, all would have vested interest to promote SH (I know I am not answering your question but let's just leave it at that).

VP should be soon, likely 1st Q next year, and possibly end of the year. If you drop by recently you will realize that Beethoven is almost ready.

If you are worried about workmanship, make a thorough inspection upon VP, make good use of the liability defects period. You may request your sales agent to help you with inspection (since they have to inspect properties regularly), though he/she is not obligated to help you with that, some good agents are willing to do that if they want to provide good after sales service.

Thanks for the info and tips. I visited my unit 3 weeks ago but did not manage to enter my unit as there were workers touching up the interior.

So far the land between the adjacent unit still looks raw, hope developer will put more effort to beautify this space will different type of plants just like the show houses.

Just bear in mind that the agents are not the real experts in home inspection, but they will notice more problems than the average person.

As for the landscaping in Beethoven, UEM is actually working on that right now. Just to assure you the final product should be pleasant at the least, since the landscape architect is the same group of people behind landscape projects like the indoor of Suria KLCC, One Menerung and Sentul West Park.

Probably because Symphony Hills is an ongoing project. Seksan Design's other new Cyberjaya project is not listed there as well.

9 foreigner owning units shouldn't be surprising, considering the whole SH project it should be more than 9. If it is 9 out of 10, that is something different.

You will probably see more foreigners staying, considering that embassies will be moving to Putrajaya and there are international schools in Cyberjaya.

1 USD = Rm 3.33.
1 SGD = Rm 2.60.

Rm continues to be soften against foreign currencies.
Good news for overseas buyer but bad news to local Malaysia.
