4600 is actually quite big for semi-D... i dont like 3-storey because of too many steps, hard to climb when old. I may use the house during retirement, currently staying in Singapore. we are same age.
QUOTE(ROSS_Solar @ Aug 19 2013, 11:42 AM) 3-storey builtup is an overkill, we just don't need that much space This post has been edited by noblebaby: Aug 19 2013, 11:49 AM |

i will keep Mozart as this unit type is unique. I should buy another Mozart tht time.
QUOTE(HT4 @ Aug 19 2013, 11:47 AM) I have Schumann duplex and Mozart. I will keep one for own stay. This is my plan. 1. Sell Mozart and buy studio unit under my duplex + more investment. Provided owner willing to let go 2. Sell my duplex and invest on other project Compare on the layout, I prefer Schumann duplex+studio, but need floor hack for stairs. Which one should I keep? |

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Aug 19 2013, 11:47 AM) Well... Once bought and VPed I will pass blueprints and photos to my wife's sister who is interior designer. 2 weeks for ID sketching, then 2-3months for renovation/finishing + 1mo for furnishing... I'd say late January/early February (optimistically) we will move in (also need to make sure internet will work there already |

The best part that attracted me was the mini garden around the house. Really hope UEM will do a great job on that. This is also the reason we have high maintenance fee.

yup, i also dont like the boxy look of modern house, prefer conventional house design with triangle shape for the roof top.

This is also the reason we have high maintenance fee. Hoping for this as well. Otherwise how to justify ~RM700/mo maintenance for Beethoven 2sty owners |

Ros, ask your expat buddy to move across mate.
Cyberjaya - resort lifestyle, more green, fresh air, quieter, less crowded and good accessibilities. I got few expat friends staying in Duta Tropika and paying Rm 15K rental per mth. Will ask them to move in cyberjaya also once commercials are in place and mature QUOTE(ROSS_Solar @ Aug 19 2013, 12:08 PM) |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Aug 19 2013, 12:48 PM) Ros, ask your expat buddy to move across mate. Well, I've considered Tropika when just arrived to KL. Everything looked just nice (well, Publika was not finished @ that time), but was quite far from montessori kindergarten. Cyberjaya - resort lifestyle, more green, fresh air, quieter, less crowded and good accessibilities. I got few expat friends staying in Duta Tropika and paying Rm 15K rental per mth. Will ask them to move in cyberjaya also once commercials are in place and mature BTW, SH has the comparable concept and location as Tropika, but less density (at least it seems so) |
