I guess u need to hold longer to see profit... cyberjaya still needs another 6-8 years to reach the mature stage. Yes. Think hard to find buyer now. Many unsold units for Scubert n Beethoven.

Problem of SH is its high maintenance fee. Of coz u got a nice environment but it could too high to pay that n enjoy it by common malaysian. Not to say amentities r not up yet in ciber. Keep it n ownstay ll be a wiser choice till value is fully unlocked. Now u may make only very very small profit there. Morzart 1.15 to 1.2mil?

Bro, looks like they woke up and started new phase of gardening/landscaping. I see they are planting between houses, hopefully our part will get greener soon    |
