Well Collected keys yesterday. Finishing is fine, no major defects spotted, just few really minor things. Beethoven area overall looks greener than it was when i've been there last time

You know... after reviewing photos made yesterday and discussing with my wife, I can say that Beethoven phase1 area is MUCH greener than ours :-/ Shouldn't it be ~ similar?

I kindda like the concept for Symphony hills vs GR and Summerglades...those are typical housing areas while Symphony hill seems to provide "lifestyle"....though definitely that comes at a price of high maintenance fee

Guys, I own Mozart Type B. Haven't really decided if I want to move in or sell off. My question is, any idea what kind of price I can get for this unit if I decided to sell? It's an intermediate unit. Also, will it be difficult to find buyers? Thanks.
