can be stretch until 2mil++, if subsale then need to fork out more money on spa, lawyer, agreement fees lo...

can ask your friend to visit SH, to get better feel, since can spend RM2mil+. Most units of Beethoven r ready, can see the land size and unit facing. Think ard 15% unsold unit for Beethoven. There are multinational owners staying in Beethoven now.

I will continue to chase developer to improve the landscaping, in order to justify the high maintenance fee, once I have collected my key.

ya, good idea, pick a good unit with right feeling....so nice...can pick with real unit...unlike us look at the model or chart only...

another thing to consider is the ground level. some units r on higher ground than others. so best is go to see.

But have to pay higher price now vs earlier price, right? How much is the % increase in price now vs launch?

Think the % price increase for Beethoven is small compared to Schubert. .. so worth to buy

All unit is sold. I have experience drive in the around at nite to view the house. Ha.... but the car poach area, the ceiling height is a bit low. Luckily i am not drive big MPV car, still ok

any estimated time for VP?

Did call their office, VP should be ready by End of November for Phase 1, but not date given for Phase 2. Overall, the progress is promising from last week visit.

Schubert is around $1.6-1.65 mil. After discount would be $1.45 mil.... better ask your friend to ho to SH and take a look himself. To be honest, not all units are good. Some have less garden view or nearer to opposite row.

Depends on you unit price. They give 10% discount which actually will become you 10 % downpayment. The booking fee is RM5000. So if a unit is RM1.6mil, then the discount would be RM160k....
