Now need to spool in higher poundage main line maybe 25lb line and some jigs. Rory, do i need to prepare some jigs for myself or Pao the jigs from u ? hey all, sorry for not replying. internet connection is lousy.
more to salties and bottom. baitcast reels can be used for bottom fishing too right? they look handsome ;P anyhow, what can i get myself with my budget? doesn't have to necessarily hit rm500. its just the roof  thanks! |

heard that there's a new freshwater siakap pond rm20 per hour around tmn universiti bukit there. near tiger shark tackle.
feel like going there after work to test water liao... |

it will only wow if rm20 / hour and fish keep biting...
summore i heard that fish less than 2kilos can bring back... gotta be there to witness and try rather than hearing... |

Where exactly is it located do you know? Anyway, I have been to one there also if you search "Jalan Indah 1/11" then you can see 2 pond ahead of it. The one on the right is a saltwater siakap pond and the one on the left is a freshwater pond. They have been around for quite sometime already.feel like going there after work to test water liao... The damage is RM36 for 3 hours + jackpot if I am not wrong. Only baitfishing is allowed there. However you can cast with prawns(live/dead). |

later after work i will drop by tiger shark to ask for the detail directions. i've heard of that 2 ponds that you are referring to as well but the story i heard yesterday was different. the person was changing single hooks and prepping for the pond opening... heheh...
neeways did some search today on siakap pond fishing... the one at banting there for rm3 seems like a good visit this weekend... |
