Morning guese... my whole body are aching from low set and high reps week... today is arms day... below are the breakdown of a typical high reps week..
Biceps
Alternete dumbells curl- 3 warms - 3sets x 20 reps
Preacher curls- 3sets x 20 reps
Cable curls- 3sets x 20 reps
Triceps
Rope pushdowns- 3 warms - 3sets x 20 reps
Overhead dumbell extension- 3sets x 20 reps
Cambered bar pushdowns - 3sets x 20 reps
Question: have you guys ever felt like the muscles wanted to snap when on a high reps low rest time mode?... when im on preacher curls i felt like the biceps will snap anytime...farking scary brah...

I dun hv the feeling of snap jz have the feeling that will explode
gonna be my back workout but too bad, my arm still hvnt fully recover. Cant do pull up or lat pulldown. Envy those people performing those workout
