why do u need nitdroid when alien dalvick will support android app lol...
somemore actually i love meego's UI for now more then android's

Personally I feel that the hardware & software is more or less ready.But Elop is farking with everyone by delaying the release.
Also N9 might be DOA but according to those who are working in Harmattan Nokia division they are still trying to squeeze few more functions before release.
Seems like N9 will die a glorious death after all.

Yup.Because Maemo 5's telephony stack is also closed source.So it can't be ported to Android.

NITDroid is more like proof of concept that Nokia device can run Android without much issue.

funny.. what proof or not proof??

those device out there running on ARM architect are more or less the same thing.. u can get the driver for the device for any particular OS.. they all can run all sort of OS...

Skype is running in the bloodline of Maemo. Most probably it's already integrated into the OS. Nothing astonishing compared to iOS Twitter integration? laugh.gif

nope, he says like iOS, and last i check(iOS user here) there's no freaking 3G video call because steve says 3G network(actually, death grip issue) is too unstable to make a good video call connection

yes, but what nic said, i understand in the way that it would be default, without really the need of jailbreaking, and also, ironically facetime is just fine with malaysia's 3G connection

Which means facetime should work in almost all 3G network because Malaysia have substandard 3G only.
