Do you people think this N9 can run Skype or not?

That's expensive la. Hope for Msia it will be 1.7k for 16GB the most.

Even if Dalvik is integrated to the OS itself, we still have to consider that we are running Android apps which are basically relying on much more powerful hardware. How well will N9 cope with those Android apps?

There're lots of IM client for Marmo and I appreciate that IM integration's been done in N900, but well, having Whatsapp which lots of people are using seems more convenient right. Not to say IM integration is no good. It's great but not everyone logs in to IM all the time. This is really user problem.

No matter what, I really still hope Nokia change their mind and decide to work on Meego. Why can't they work on Meego and promise a future for it instead of announcing the death of it before it's even been given birth. Damn it, I really want to beat Elop to death.

Ok people, on the way home, I went to ask the Nokia authorised dealer(it's nearby).
Expected availability : 7th Oct.
Good news is there will be 3 colours available for 64 GB , BUT they dont know which colour will arrive 1st. If 16GB, all 3 colours will have stock on 7 Oct
If purchasing under contract, only black will be available for 64 GB. That's what the salesman said, better you all go check at Digi, Celcom if want to be sure

I thought 16gb available in magenta and cyan only and black is 64gb? Now is 64 gb for all colours? Is there 16gb for black?

Authorised dealer said yes, all 3 colours available for 64 GB. But Cyan & Magenta not sure whether will arrive in time for the October release. Expected release : 7th Oct

Hehe, me too. That's why specifically asked 64 GB if have red & blue, all my other phones(& desktop PC & laptop....) are in black.

Upsilon, I didnt notice any cyan, perhaps not yet arrive. It's not on display since not officially released yet, the boss took it out from the cabinet. He just wanted to reassure me that N9 will surely arrive in Malaysia, all the accessories have arrived, waiting only for the device, not to worry I wouldnt lose my deposit, blah, blah blah.

I propose to Nokia to give a free N9 to the 1st person who guessed the release date of N9 in Malaysia correctly
