You restarted your phone after it switched itself off due low battery? You are not supposed to drain the Li-ion battery completely or it may cause permanent damage.

yup... a full depleted LI-ION are very dangerous as it will direct reduce the next full charge capacity... shakehead.gif

is it? because when i turn on the 'allow background connections' from internet connection, it will automatically enable the same setting in Mobile network :/
