not private num.

i did received call from uob before after make payment online with ipay88, but the cs just ask me if i just did the transaction of <exactly amount). thats all. no other verification.

if u feel suspicious, end the call and call uob directly.

thanks, i have asked CS there is not much different between one plat or one classic beside platinum need to use 3k per year and 1 per month while classic accumulative 12 per year only. beside that classic max limit is only 15k. looking at my spending patterns i think classic is already more than ok. is there any other things to consider?

Just received my UOB One Classic card today. The card limit is lower than my current HLB Gold card but it's okay as I don't use my CC that much. Gonna cancel my HLB CC by next week.

When I signed up for the card, the sales person told me that the GST will be waived BUT they will need to charge me first and then will credit the amount back to me. How long does it usually take for them to credit back the RM50?

For my case, UOB contacted my company's HR to verify my job status and work attitude. Maybe just to confirm if I'm really working there. Provided last 3 months payslips & bank statements, no EPF statement submitted.

Still waiting for PIN to arrive (it's been 2 weeks), should have just gone to nearest bank to get it.

They asked for the bank used for my monthly salary bank in, but I think any savings/current account with sufficient money will do.

The person in charge of processing my application sent me an sms with her email address. I printed out my statements online and sent to her in PDF format.

Wow... 2 months and still haven't refund back? I wonder if there's any requirement for the refund such as need to swipe the card within how many days after activation or no requirement hmm.gif

They need a bank statement from the your bank account which your company will credit your monthly salary into. They need the latest 3 months bank statement. It's as a backup proof for your monthly salary. I just photocopied my savings passbook.

My statement is 26 each month, hope I'll see the $80 rebate. 3 months already since I received the card.

You should have insisted for UOB Classic... agents earn more commission for Platinum level CC.
It's free for 5 years... so doesn't matter which Card type.
