I just called UOB again after they had their system maintenance done today at 6.30pm.

I requested to change my billing cycle to be 2nd of every month & it was successful !.. yeay...

But before that, I tried the machine answer thingy to check my CC balance, choose individual card & the machine stated that choice no. 1 is for MasterCard & choice no. 2 is for VISA.

So far, I did not received any MasterCard from UOB.

I asked the CS about that, he said they sent me the MasterCard already & even gave me the consignment number BUT that consignment number was for the VISA card that I redeemed it myself at Bangi POSLAJU since the POSLAJU failed to deliver it.

Is it when we applied for the UOB One Card, we will get the both VISA & MASTERCARD versions? I noob again...

maybe the agent applied 2 for you while you only requested for 1. not sure whether you will get cash back of RM50 for 1 card only or both cards

FYI, UOB One Card Got Visa Version Only, Maybe they Pair-Up Another MasterCard for You (but I Not Sure What's Type of Card they will give U), that's Usual Practice for UOB Sign Up 1 Give U 2... . They Pair-up MY One Platinum Card with Lady's Platinum Card....

Anyway, X too Worried with the GST both of Your CC, just Swipes 3x times (in Any Amount) with EACH of Your NEW Credit Card 60 Days from Approval's Date, UOB will Credit Back the ($50 GST x 2CC) to Your Account maybe on Your 3rd Statement...

Later, You Can Keep the Card that Oftenly Used & Cancel the Seldom One, After U got the GST Cash Back...

this is not an argue, i am just comparing your statement with my personal usage experiences.

1. u said petrol rebate capped at rm 20, but, my statement till May still get RM 30 REBATE on fuel. you never mentioned if platinum or other card. i believe most people using platinum card, right ?

2. i do not know anything about cinema, as i very seldom go to cinema.

3. 60 times swipe for annual fees waived. i been using credit cards for more than 10 years, for the past 10 years, i never ever pay annual fees in those years.

come on, think about it, u are helping bank to make profits, at the same time, u get some saving in term of rebate and points, yet u still want to pay fees to the blood sucking bank ?

remember, our blr is still one of the top at 6.6%. if you have a housing loan, u make your own calculation of the amortization system, u will be very surprised how much Bank make profit from you.

rm400 for classis = rm20 cash rebate

rm600 for platinum = rm30 cash rebate

I reached my credit limit but my transaction approve for petrol ... Izzit even i over limit also can use the card?

The credit card bill will have closing balance on 14 of each month izit?
I had transfered the money via GIRO to for payment but i checked the UOB internet banking doesnt seem to have my payment record oh WHY!!!!????

What date/time did you initiate the GIRO payment ?

yesterday after 12pm.

In that case it will be processed TODAY (21-May) and arrive in OCBC on 22-May (if lucky, evening of 21-May)

Called CS and get to know from CS said that the PIN number only can be received on below three different way:

- go to nearest branch and request for PIN, they will aissist to get temporary password.
- go the their website and download the form and fill up, then post to the address that mention on the form there, but will take time to process

But I cannot remember on the third way to request for PIN.

I tot it can be get the PIN via phone...

This Paling Senang Way, Call CS Request PIN Generation from them, the Bank will sent the PIN by Post in 5-7 Working Days...

When Call the CS to Activate My Card, I also request PIN for ATM...
they said will sent to me by Post in 5 Working Days
Ya, I received My PIN later & Use it at ATM to Activate My Internet Banking

Oh ya, I remember that the third way is to request pin from ATM, but I only have the cc account, but no saving account

A transaction has done at GSC few days ago, the smart cash can be view on the receipt straight away and there has showed the amount how much you have earn.

Bought 25 tickets to earn the smart cash, yeah!!

But, can I say this smart cash is actually seem like reward point?
