Yes, GSC EONBANK is the best movie card; especially for new-to-bank users. Once you used up the discounts, it's still a good card to keep if you frequent GSC a lot. Anyways let's not derail this thread further. biggrin.gif

Starting from 1st July 2011, I will use UOB One Card for petrol, OCBC Ti Card for dining and utilities. So the RM50 cash-back limit of OCBC Ti Card will not be reached so fast.

ops sorry, thats the citibank clear card. not cimb vs and cimb vi. anyway, im not eligible for both this cards. sweat.gif seems like my alternative is the EON then

Is the GST for the UOB One Card waived for 1st year ?
If yes, this is good CC just for 5% rebate for pumping petrol at Petronas, like me. whistling.gif

Just spend RM250 each month on Petrol, you can also get the Annual Fee (Platinum) waived. rclxms.gif

But how is it fare compared to MBB 2 Amex card??

How much roughly is Amex 5x TP compared to the 5% cash back?
5% for cinemas only for GSC isnt it? TGV included?
But anyhow i got EON-GSC card that gives 10% (if ticket above RM10).

So the GST is charged on your first statement... let us know if you had spend above RM300 + get the RM50 back.

MBB2 AMEX 5xTP is equal to about 2.50% cash back.

Ya, that RM50 GST is charged in the 1st month statement. I got my UOB Vox card by the end of May and I feel wana cancel the card as it doesn't bring any benefit to me sweat.gif

According to UOB CS the gst will only be credited back if spend RM 300 within 2 months after card issuance.
