Starting from 1st July 2011, I will use UOB One Card for petrol, OCBC Ti Card for dining and utilities. So the RM50 cash-back limit of OCBC Ti Card will not be reached so fast.

QUOTE(ronnie @ Jun 23 2011, 10:58 AM) Is the GST for the UOB One Card waived for 1st year ? I applied my UOB One Platinum Card 3 months ago. The agent told me that I can get RM50 cash back after swipe RM300 using the card. But till now, I haven't swipe up to RM300, so I haven't get the RM50 cash back. But I am not sure whether this is the promotion on that period only. I also not sure about the new One Card now...

For information:
I got my bill statement of my UOB One Card recently. I have done some transaction on petrol in July (suppose to have 5% cash-back). But, the 5% cash-back is not shown in the statement. I called CS, they told me that the cash-back is not give in the same month of transaction, it will be stated in following month. This is different with OCBC Ti Card, which OCBC give the cash-back in the same month.

QUOTE(Gen-X @ Feb 8 2012, 11:15 PM) You know what, I received a SMS today from UOB stating that, from now till next month can convert to 0% installment plan. Need to call their 121 number for terms and conditions. I checked their website nothing. Previously UOB got same type of offer but with one time handling fee. Anyone else got the SMS? I also got the same SMS from UOB.
