How much ya and you know the shop name? Maybe I try to adjust it higher first my current antenna and see if can capture ntv7 and 8tv. Coz my opposite relative house can watch both channel without antenna coz his TV got built in dvbt2 tuner and maybe his house location is a little bit higher compared to mine

Probably you try adjust first because from my experience here, even simple DIY indoor folded-dipole can receive if positioned at a certain position.

EDIT: Found the price: RM40+ for antenna and RM20+ for stand. I self-assembled and used astro RG6 cable.

The cable is from old terminated astro dish. You can buy RG6 cable from some shops along the row of shops that I linked in the map too. You can find almost anything electrical/electronic related there including the official MYTV STB and parts to make your own indoor antenna or terminate the cable.

TV1 SD and TV2 SD had been removed from MYTV MUX 1.

Also, on the Mediacorp 570MHz MUX, "okto (HD)" has been relabeled as "Test" and is showing a variant of PM5544 testcard.

I thought okto HD was replaced to Channel U HD, after it moves from 586MHz?

Yup Okto was indeed swapped places with Channel U after its closure. However, Mediacorp did not remove the channel long after its closure and instead swapped with test card and relabeled it as "Test", likely for future purpose.

this looks more VHF than UHF. most digital channels is on UHF.

How to tell?

A stack of moderate sized Yagis will give more gain than a monster single antenna, especially as 470-700MHz TV is too wide band for a high gain Yagi.

This one is UHF antenna. It's just different antenna design, for technical reasons...

VHF antenna don't look like this.
