in the factory... they also use burn-in method in the speed binning process for your information
QUOTE(goldfries @ Jan 24 2006, 06:38 PM) say i set the speed i want to run and min amount vcore that allows me to do minor apps. usually at this setting, my prime will have ERROR right at the start. Don't use Prime95/SP2004 because the process will stop once you meet an error. Use CPU Burn-in or SiSandra Burn In (with option set to highest priority) instead. These tools ignore errors and proceed with burn-in.or did you actually mean prime at minimum stable vcore? |

i'm pushing my A64 like silly la. despite the heat, i'm still going to up the vcore a little and pair it with my Ninja.
i was using A64 then i tried the S64 128kb cache, play NFSMW can feel slight jerk quite constantly. so among my 3 processors, most probably the S64 3000+ 128kb cache i will let my dad use. |

Burn-in my E6 for 8 hours using CPU Burn-in today....
at default speed, it's running at 1.35V...... prime stable for a few hours already. might burn in summore, hopefully can run 1.3V at default. p/s: I used the vcore torture method..... 1.7V at default speed with fan turned low. Somehow I cannot get the temp past more than 50'C... it's max at 50'C, but usually around 48-49C, darn XP-90! This post has been edited by soulfly: Jan 25 2006, 08:54 PM |
