Your mobo allow Vcore adjustment..but..with Only CnQ Adjustment CPU like Sempron3000+ and Above and Athlon64. You should get S64 3000+.

which would be better for performance, stability and any other issue ? both ram timing are different. im using 1gb KVR.

any other method of overclock ? what is the most stable clock to run for 24/7, 365 days?

im using stock cooler. might change in future.

more fsb = more horse power... try to lower ur cas settings... if ur ram is ddr400, it should b able to do 2.5-3-3-7... it will even put more power to ur processing speed...

the more the fsb, the better overall your system performs
the best would be 2.5/3/3//7 and max out your memory fsb

kvr what chipset? if gt good chipset like hynix or samsung, i think u can do 2.5-4-4-5 at 250MHz....

i believe ur proc can do 300HTT*8=2400MHz at default vcore....
then u use multi 10 to run your ram at 240MHz@2.5-4-4-5....

i thought performance ram like corsair or ocz only can do that kind of tight timing. i will try later smile.gif

i dont plan to stress my cpu too much yet. im not even use the cpu for more than a month lol...

but i would like to overclock to a clock where it is super-stable for 24/7 without fearing the cpu might burn or face system unstability. actually, i very often play games. does overclocking brings negative impact to the cpu in the long run?

yea sure if u torture it too much
but scare wat?3 yrs warranty for u to play tongue.gif
unless u burn it til black mark, else it may onli damage component inside, which i think should be able to RMA
but my sempron@1.55V 2600mhz running for 6 months edi, very often on for 24/7, no prob thou.

Is sempron really that bad? Becoz my 3Dmark 01se is rather low to compete with my friend who has A64 @ 2224MHz, x800 pro @ default, 512MB but mine is 2.4Ghz, 7600GT @ default, 384MB. He managed to get 26333 but mine is 19457. Quite low rite?

i heard ATI card 3dmark very high one
or 3dmark01 is cache intensive app, so sempron lose
u try run cpu mark in 3dmark 06, pretty gud app to test ur proc, but those dual core score freaking high in tat... sweat.gif
sempron is NOT BAD, in fact it is jus a lower cache a64!

Bro..you both got a different GC. If both 7600GT. Then can compare the result. rclxms.gif
