im the same as yours but yours is worst

got unifi installed few months ago,can use on that day but disconnecting sometimes
not even a week,internet is down.need to call unfi
they fix ,few weeks after that..down
it fix .. few weeks later ..down again until now .
the problems is the same .i dunno why they still can't fix it permanently.

but some are lucky,only got this prblem like once only.

Anyone faced delay from the appointed date?
My date is this coming friday.
Still haven't got any call from the contractor.
Should i ring them up and re-confirm?
