Looks like Samsung's fast in updating our phone nw. kudos to them!! they've learnt. keep learning n they'll do a lot better

check your battery build date. normally nov 2010 will not have any issue in gps. nothing much can do if you have hardware problem ,maybe send back to service centre to fix it.

Wow, what??? Why is Microsoft the one butthurt? Google had all of those things first.

Auto uploading photos? Android's photobucket, flikr and possibly every other apps can do that.

Notification? Yeah it came from Windows mobile 6 in those days but that was a failure and Android derived the superior notification bar the way Apple is trying to clutter into it's little 3.5" screen that imo, made the phone look... cluttered and old(?)...

Wi fi sync? Ever heard of Air sync? Does DoubleTwist ring a bell? That was so last year and in 2011 you guys fought for credits?

Facebook/twitter integration? Android had third party integration NATIVELY ever since 2008... you get options menu to upload pics or comment on facebook/twitter/flikr/photobucket or every possible app right away after installing the apps. I must give credits to Apple for all the exaggeration that made it look way overrated.

iMessage? I am not sure of this, one function that I rarely use. But I believe Google Voice can receive and send messages to any phone or platform...

What else "innovation" from Apple?
I admit I really like Safari Reader though. Wish I could find a loophole in there where Android already achieved...

Anyway, I like where Apple is going with iOS5... Doesn't matter, as long as I get the update it's a win win situation for me. Android still muh main phone yo.

Oh Man! I've updated to official Gingerbread using KIES and now my battery sux big time. Used to only drop not more than 5% if left overnight in Flight mode. Now from full charge dropped to 69% in flight mode. Even ultimate juice can't help..Please comment.

i think your phone have been hit by android os bug....please check your battery use...check whether androis os consumed a lot of battery use percentage..

if so...rename the 3 process below :

syncmldm.apk
syncmlds.apk
wssyncmlnps.apk

eg : syncmldm.apk ----> syncmldm.apk.bak

thus, you need to root and install root manager or titanium backup..GL GL
