QUOTE(ronnie @ Jun 26 2011, 11:21 AM) Amount Due : RM2050.00 A response from Maybankard FB pageStatement date : 26th June 2011 Due Date : 15th July 2011 Weekend Rebate credit on 30 June 2011 (posted on 2 July 2011) : RM50 Is the Weekend Cash-back rebate consider as payment ? i.e. Before Due Date, I pay RM2000 via Cheque/Cash/IBG only.. is that OK ? "Hi, Ronnie, the amount to pay in the scenario you mentioned should be RM2k, if the rebate appears in the same statement. However, to be doubly sure, at the top of your statement you will see, "Current Balance" -- that's the amount that you need to pay if you want to clear the outstanding balance in full." This means I need to pay RM2050 before 15 July 2011 This post has been edited by ronnie: Jun 29 2011, 09:22 AM |

QUOTE(ronnie @ Jun 29 2011, 09:21 AM) A response from Maybankard FB page The RM50 cashback should be considered as a payment, I would just pay RM2k and check the "Minimum Payment Amount" under M2U on the 3rd of July."Hi, Ronnie, the amount to pay in the scenario you mentioned should be RM2k, if the rebate appears in the same statement. Maybank does seem pretty efficient these days especially when it comes to processing the application for Maybankard 2. My mom faxed the application form to them this morning and she received a call from them approximately 5 minutes later to confirm that they have already received the form and will now process it

But then, i was among the first to apply when they introduced this MBB2 cards back in January and they were very efficient then too. My application was approved in just 1 or 2 working days from the date they received my application form through fax Can proceed faster now. |

My application had been decline by Maybank but they cannot give me the reason for the decline. They ask me to write a letter to management if I want to know. Anybody have this experience before?

If you call CS general line they most probably won't or can't tell you the reason. However, if you apply thru a MBB staff, and you got his/her contact number, you can call him/her and they can check what is stated in the system. |

I'm quite surprise actually.QUOTE(Gen-X @ Jun 29 2011, 05:22 PM) If you call CS general line they most probably won't or can't tell you the reason. I apply thru MBB branch, I will go to meet them tomorrow.Actually I'm quite surprise because my application got decline since it is a Credit Card application, but if this application is decline, will I be eligible to apply back when I know the reason? |
