QUOTE(tanch78 @ Aug 16 2011, 10:24 PM) I purchased air ticket online from MAS website last Saturday (Aug 13) around 2:30 AM Malaysia time. Noted the transaction date for this payment appeared in M2U is Aug 12 (Fri) instead of Aug 13. Anyone experience smiliar situation before? Does it make any difference since I made the payment in London (still Friday evening)?? Just curious... Yes. It does. The system automatically identified your UK IP and therefore, it followed UK's time instead of MY's. QUOTE(CP88 @ Aug 16 2011, 11:02 PM) I've made an enquiries before, and they told me it should follow M'sian time. Perhaps you can enlighten us about the outcome once you got your reply. This subject was raised here not so long ago and it is actually the other way around. This post has been edited by MilesAndMore: Aug 17 2011, 01:13 AM

My experience with the MAS website is early Saturday morning is considered Friday transaction likely due to their settlement schedule with the bank. This was when purchasing a ticket in Malaysia.

About credit limit, does it count according to calendar basis?
For example: credit limit 5k, 1 Aug - 31 Aug, spent 4k, left 1k, is it the credit limit will start from 5k again on 1 sept?

Quite clear you don't own a credit card before in your life does it ? Credit limit reset when you pay your dues and the reduction depends on your payment. If credit limit reset on a monthly basis then a lot of people will be happy and bank will be bankrupt.
