For the past 2 months or so, I have not paid my outstanding balance in full (M2Visa & M2Amex). Yet I don't see any finance charges till now.
Did Maybank ever offer 'zero finance charges for X months' during a certain sign up period or something?

Outstanding balance is not what you need to pay to avoid finance charges, statement balance is what needs to be paid before due date + 3 days grace period. I don't believe there ever was a promotional zero interest rate for M2 cards.

yes, supp card also earn same points as principal card and the cash back is combined.

I encountered a problem with this AMEX buy 1 free 1 promotion at a Starbucks outlet in my place last night. I tried to buy a Mocha Ice-blended Frappucino and was told that it is not eligible for the AMEX buy 1 free 1 promotion as the promotion is only applicable for regular coffee and tea drinks only. I did querry them and told them how come it was possible last time. She told me that they received an email from Maybank just very recently that it's only for regular coffee and tea. Anyone faced the same problem ?

How recent is recent? My last starbucks was on last Friday and buy 1 free 1 still valid. Maybe I'll try it tonight since 1 week didn't take any.

Before this promo, the number that I went to Starbucks can be counted with 1 hand, but after having the card, 1 week at least once

Yeah. I also doubt what they said were true. Anyway, i already emailed Maybank customer service and hopefully i'll get a reply from them soon. I got another drink date coming up next week at the same Starbucks outlet.
