Hi guys, I apply Maybankad 2 two weeks ago, with a free gift of angry bird pillow.

Just curious how can I check my application status?

just tell them my IC number?

plan to apply the Maybankard 2 at 1U this weekend, is the quick issuance of credit card facility still on? and the RM10 starbucks voucher?

to apply in 1U, what docs should we need?

apply with existing credit still can work there?

you can still earn 5x points ma

so normal documents like payslip / EPF / EA form needed to apply during TreatFairs?

Possible to apply with exisiting credit card? Plan to do so leh ....

you can try at 1U / KLCC Maybank card centre perhaps?

found the documents needed to apply Credit Card for on the spot issuance for Maybank.

* Documents required as follows:
1. Copy of your MyKad (both sides), supplementary applicants included
2. Latest 2 months salary slip OR
3. Latest EA form OR
4. Latest BE form with official tax receipt OR
5. Latest EPF Statement

so the thing I would required is

1) Photocopy of IC
2) 2 months salary slip / latest EA Form
3) BE form with official tax receipt / latest EPF statement

I wonder what is the latest EA form?
for year 2010?

didnt bring EA form either
unemployed currently, so dont have pay slip la, EPF also last updated on May-June only

they still fill in the form for me, give me a RM10 starbucks voucher
ask me to wait 1 hour if its get approved.

then 1 hour later the Maybank guy who fill in form for me call me and say Maybankard Centre called and ask is it ok if my CL stay at RM7k, I said ok will do.

He said card Centre will contact me again but until now still no update, will go movie at Mid Valley later, drop by there again later to see any updatess

I said didnt bring, in fact I am just unemployed

I tell him, can apply with exisiting card or not, he said Maybank change the rules, cannot apply with exisiting card, that time I thought mostly my application will rejected one, miracles happen

yea indeed, very lucky I've to say

for Starbucks buy 1 free 1 promo, can I use the RM10 voucher?

so end up maybe I only pay like RM3-5 and enjoy 2 cups of coffee?
