some of us mentioned something about the battery drains faster when we put it to idle with the keyboard right? i think i noticed one thing... when we just close the lid when we dock the keyboard, the LCD with be turned off for 2 seconds, then turned back on at minimum brightness, at least for my unit, and that would totally explain why it's draining more battery then usual. i also notice if i put my TF to sleep(press power button) before closing the lid, it will not have such situation, maybe close lid will not bring TF into deep sleep state...

can anyone else confirm this?

can i charge TF through USB port ?

Is there any difference (from packaging wise) from Malaysian and Singaporean (or any other versions) models. If yes, how to spot one?

actually there's a thread on XDA mentioned that some ppl have already manage to make some of the 3G USB modem working, but u will need to flash to Prime v1.5 and run some script to have the driver in the custom rom, more info here:

and i'm certain some custom rom will include this later on, so if u wanna save urself from these flashing + running script, maybe just give some time to custom rom makers to integrate it in

Added on July 5, 2011, 11:31 amlast time i read somewhere(if not here) that the TF will need 11V to start charge, and our standard USB 2.0 is just only 5V, u can try USB3.0, dunno what's their maximum voltage output though... and i also think inside the manual it mention using USB 2.0 it will only charge when the tablet is on sleep mode

err.....which means that any device@laptop with usb 3.0 port could charge the TF?
is there any way to purchase another wall charger adapter for TF? kinda like to have 2 chargers, one at home and one at work.....

Just bought this baby, looked at other tablets but loved the TF design best!
But I have to remind myself this is not a Windows laptop whenever I docked it in the keyboard, so the Android OS takes some getting used to.

Tried playing some Facebook flash games e.g. Restaurant City on it but while playable, is jerky. Probably 1 Ghz is not fast enough?

Samurai 2 and Air Attack HD is nice to play and the graphics are pretty!

The ipad charger should work (the wall plug) but you still are dependent on the asus proprietary cable
